How to open silverlight page form Oracle form

We are working on a project where we have to migrate existing oracle form
application into silverlight application. Looking at the size of
application we can't migrate in one go, we have go module by module. So
there will be scenario where some part of our application will be Oracle
technology and some in SilverLight.
Now biggest challenge we are facing now is, how to open silverlight screen
from Oracle form and vise versa ?? and communication between these two
technologies.
Please let know if body has already achieved this.
